Proven Track Record in Private Mortgage Investing

CMI Financial Group was founded in 2005 by CEO Bryan Jaskolka as a traditional mortgage brokerage. Recognizing a shift in market dynamics following the 2008 financial crisis, CMI evolved into a private lender to meet the growing demand for alternative credit. In 2011, we formally launched our investment division—CMI Mortgage Investments—focused on structured, risk-managed opportunities in Canada’s residential mortgage market.
